The Secret Cities project is an attempt to isolate overlooked street views and buildings, that benefit aesthetically from scrutiny.
Even buildings that only exist for the passerby in peripheral vision can still elicit a pleasurable feeling of familiarity when seen in isolation, more so when the viewer feels their recognition may be a rarity. The works are created in pen & ink, on watercolour paper.
